On the GCW-Zero, USB (gadget) doesn't work unless a power supply is
enabled in the external ACT8600 chip. We don't have the design files so
we don't really know where is that power supply actually connected to,
so we assumed it was the USB PHY. I don't really know what's the play
here - maybe you don't need a vcc-supply (and in this case it should be
made optional in the binding), maybe you do need one but it's enabled
by default (maybe disabled through a GPIO?).

The easiest fix would be to set:

vcc-supply = <&vcc>;
}
in the ci20.dts.

But as I said above - I'm not really sure what to do here.
