Subject[PATCH 48/73] libperf: Add perf_mmap__consume function
Date
Move perf_mmap__consume function under libperf
and export it in perf/mmap.h header.

Moving also needed helpers perf_mmap__write_tail,
perf_mmap__read_head and perf_mmap__empty.
