Can we turn this into an enum, and give them proper name? Mentionning
an example in the commit would be great too.

Something like:

enum sunxi_desc_bias_voltage {
/* Bias Voltage configuration is done through Pn_GRP_CONFIG registers, as seen on the A83t */
BIAS_VOLTAGE_GRP_CONFIG,
};

etc.
