Thank you for the patch! Yet something to improve:

# save the attached .config to linux build tree

If you fix the issue, kindly add following tag

Note: the linux-review/Ian-Rogers/Optimize-cgroup-context-switch/20191208-065350 HEAD 90f4b194c2271d12b02888811e887a869d1e3817 builds fine.
It only hurts bisectibility.
