but the next version of the patchest will check for the flag if the
controller supports multiple allocation of chunks

firstly it assigns a first free region, although the above code doesnt
check if requested size can be fitted in the window,
I'll fix that in next version as below :

window_least_size is temp variable to compare against other window sizes.

add in above we check if the requested size does fit in the window,
and the windows size is lesser then
the previously assigned one, if the criteria matches we choose this
