Just pass by, I think this is a necessary optimization. Wondering why
next_pfn(pfn) is not put in for loop:
- for (pfn = start_pfn; pfn < end_pfn; pfn++) {
+ for (pfn = start_pfn; pfn < end_pfn; pfn=next_pfn(pfn)) {

Why the other two 'continue' don't need be worried on the huge hole
