Subject[PATCH] proc: fix Kconfig indentation

Adjust indentation from spaces to tab (+optional two spaces) as in
coding style with command like:
$ sed -e 's/^ /\t/' -i */Kconfig

[add two spaces where necessary --adobriyan]
