Subject[PATCH v3] macintosh: Convert to using %pOFn instead of device_node.name
Date
In preparation to remove the node name pointer from struct device_node,
convert printf users to use the %pOFn format specifier.

v3:
- Fix dev_name handling. Using "%.*p" syntax throws a warning (and
probably doesn't work).
