Subject[PATCH v2 1/3] kbuild: introduce HOST_{C,LD}FLAGS
Date
Add user-specifiable compiler/linker flags for host programs. Append
these to already existing HOST{C,CXX,LD}FLAGS.

Update documentation accordingly.
